THANK YOU FOR THIS BLOG! My friends all think I'm crazy for shipping Jon/Daenerys..Everytime I hear people say that “THEORY FOR THIS CHARACTER” is crazy I just laugh at them because obviously they are not reading the same series I’m reading. And I’m not talking only about Jon and Dany, I’m talking about all the things and the deaths that have happened on the books, no one predicted them and guess what, they thought it was crazy too that those characters may be killed. But this is GRRM, he does what he wants with his characters and he’s not predictable. So people may think that theory is crazy? I just think is totally something George might do in the future. I trust him tho, I really do.

That last anon was a bit scary. I agree with your take on the Ygritte situation though. What's lovely about JonxDaenerys is the way their stories play out like the tale of two soulmates who are each being developed by their parallel journeys into the exactly the kind of person the other needs. Realistically, they would need to have first [and second] romances before they can be mature enough to stay together if/when they fall in love.
How do you feel about Jon/Ygritte? I ship Jonerys so hard that whenever I see Ygritte I just want to jump in the TV and kill her with my bare hands.*SPOILERS*
I could never hate her or their ship. I pretty much love her. He changed Jon for the better, before meeting Ygritte he was just a boy and she made him a man. Can you imagine the Jon before Ygritte meeting the Daenerys of ADWD? They would never work. Simply because he would be still a boy at heart, he would never know what it means to love and be loved by a woman, he would never know what it means to lose that person. Ygritte made him who he is right now, I’m glad GRRM created her character. It makes so much sense. I mean, it’s real life, the experiences, the mistakes and the relationships you had in the past are the things that make your present relationship work. They are the things that make you who you really are. Maybe I’m wrong, but that’s how I see it.
About the interview in Spanish, they mostly talk about their roles and how their lives have changed because of the sudden fame. They do not talk about each other, though. And it seems like it's new. I could try to translate it but it might take me some time since it's a little long.Thank you for letting me know and don’t worry about translating if it is just about that :) I didn’t hope for an interview about each other obviously but it’s still nice to see a cover with just the two of them. ♥
